1. Show your face. Brands with a founder photo and a short story on their profile convert up to 32% better than those without.
2. Reply within an hour. Speed of response, not perfection of response, is what shoppers remember.
3. Over-communicate shipping. A simple 'your order is on the way' note prevents the majority of refund requests.
4. Make returns boring. Shoppers don't want a generous policy — they want a predictable one.
5. Reward your regulars. A handwritten note in the second order costs almost nothing and earns you a customer for life.
None of these are growth hacks. They're craft. And craft is what compounds.
